I'm Ben. I work in finance and operations, and the templates in this cohort are the automations I run at my own job, on the same locked-down tools you have.

The report you rebuild every Friday.

The status update. The invoice check against the PO. The meeting notes nobody reads until you summarize them. You've seen what AI can do, and at your desk the Friday report still takes 45 minutes by hand.

In 30 days that task runs from instructions you wrote, you check the result, and the hours come back every week.

What you get

Hours back every week

One task you do by hand today runs from instructions you wrote in plain sentences. You paste in the information, check the result, and send it.

Proof your manager can see

A spreadsheet with the hours saved, and the email to your manager written for you. Two hours a week is 104 hours a year.

The person people ask

A resume line with a number in it, and you're the one on the team who knows how to do this at your company.

How the 30 days go

  1. Week 0Find out what you're allowed to use.
  2. Week 1Build it.
  3. Week 2Run it at work.
  4. Week 3Fix it and build task two.
  5. Week 4Total the hours, write the line, email your manager.

One call a week, about 5 hours of your time, and a thread every Friday where everyone posts their hours.

What's included

$30, one payment.

This is the first cohort, so it's $30. Every round after this costs more.

The guarantee. Post your four check-ins, submit your tracker, post one attempt for review, and if nothing is running at your job by day 30, you get the $30 back.

Questions

What if my company blocks AI tools?

Almost every company on Microsoft 365 has Microsoft Copilot Chat, and everything in the cohort works from that. Week 0 is where you check. If your company allows no AI tool at all, don't buy.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You write your task out in plain sentences on a template, and that document becomes the instructions the AI follows.

How much time does it take?

About 5 hours a week for 30 days: one call, one build, and the runs of a task you were already doing by hand.

What if I don't have a job right now?

Everything here runs on a recurring task at a job, so it isn't for you yet. Start in the free community and build your first Claude Project there.
